Shipping

US Domestic Shipping:

We currently charge a flat rate shipping of $15.00 on all orders. However, we also offer FREE shipping for all orders over $50, just enter code SHIPPING50 when checking out. We strive to package and ship out all orders within 2 business days of receipt, though holidays and heavy order periods may cause small shipping delays. Our preferred shipping partner is USPS. Should you desire a different carrier, please contact us prior to placing your order.

International Shipping:

We do not currently ship internationally.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we do NOT accept any returns without prior authorization, as we are unable to restock or resell used merchandise. Please contact us for pre-authorization for returns. Once authorized, please package and ship the items to us at your expense. We do not refund shipping fees (if charged). All returns must be completed within 14 days of order, and all merchandise should be in NEW, UNUSED condition. We would never sell a used product to our customers, therefore you should not expect us to accept a used product for refund.

Orders can not be cancelled for any reason. We will contact you if your order is backordered. We do not refund shipping fees if you forget to add the coupon code during checkout.

Damaged/Stolen Merchandise

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if something was damaged beyond use during shipping. We may ask for photos to assist us in determining a cause for the damage, and then will work with you to correct the problem. If you believe your order was stolen, please seek assistance from the shipping carrier (USPS). We are not responsible for orders that show as delivered by the carrier.
